SourceA low pass in the Fawnie Range, where the Klukus-Ootsa Forest Road runs beside a small lake, is where you find Top Lake South. It works as a fishing stop or as a way to break a long day of driving in the Vanderhoof area.
Two units, first come, first served, on gravel, with a launch for a small boat. This is a working forest road, so watch for logging trucks when you pull back out.
Supplies are a long way off. Marilla is about 73 km away and no fuel stop is listed closer, so come stocked for the whole trip.
