About this site
SourceEight sites overlooking the Knewstubb Lake arm of the Nechako Reservoir, just east of the Kenney Dam, in the Vanderhoof area. There is a boat launch and fishing, and enough country around it to make a base for day trips.
Camping is first come, first served, on a gravel road.
This one is a long way from anything. Lily Lake, the nearest town on record, is about 42 km off and the nearest fuel, a Co-op, about 54 km, so leave Vanderhoof with a full tank and enough food for the whole stay. Murray Lake is about 12 km away.
