SourceFuel is the first thing to sort out here. The nearest pump is a Co-op roughly 70 km from Curve Lake, and Manson Creek, the closest town, is about 32 km out, so arrive with a full tank and everything you plan to eat.
The site is rustic and user maintained, with room for three camping parties, a pit toilet and tables. Camping is first come, first served. A short trail runs down to the water, and there is a boat launch for anglers.
The access road in is steep, which is worth knowing before you tow anything heavy up it. It is a long way from anywhere in the Mackenzie area, so go in prepared.
