SourceUslika Lake sits about as far out as a recreation site in the Mackenzie area gets, roughly 235 km off pavement, right on the shore with mountains across the water. Fishing is the reason most people make the drive, and there is swimming off the bank.
Five sites, first come, first served, reached on gravel. The site is user-maintained, so leave it in better shape than you found it and expect no services.
Supplies need planning here. The nearest town, 12 Mile, is about 34 km out, and the closest fuel, a Co-op, is roughly 157 km away. Arrive with a full tank and everything you plan to eat.
