SourceCamp Lake Recreation Site puts a small camping area in the open beside a small lake near Fort St. James. The lake is a good size for a canoe, and fishing is on the list.
There is one site, first come, first served, with gravel access and a place to launch.
Pinchi is about 18 km away and the Suspenders station about the same, so gas and groceries come out of one short detour. Pam Lake is about 6 km off if you want to fish somewhere different.
