About this site
SourceWalk-in camping only at Father & Son Lake, so you park and carry your gear up a short, steep trail to a small lake in cedar and hemlock forest. Another trail loops around the water once you are up there.
Three sites, first come, first served, user maintained, with gravel access to the parking. Pack light enough to enjoy the climb, and pack all of it back out again.
Port Alberni is about 19 km away and covers supplies. The Alberni Inlet trailhead is about 12 km off, and the Funship riding about 18 km.
