About this site

Source

There is a fishing dock at Stewart Lake, which is the detail that settles it for a lot of people: you can fish without a boat, and the lake is stocked with rainbow trout. The site is in the Fort St. John area.

The 12 camp pads are first come, first served, with a gravel boat launch beside them and a gravel road in. The lake is right at camp, so nothing about a day here involves driving.

East Pine is about 27 km away and the nearest gas about 25 km, so do your fuelling and shopping while you still have highway under you.
