SourceRustic and a long way from anything, Woodcock Lake puts three campsites on a small lake in the Vanderhoof area. There is a boat launch, and fishing is what most people come for.
The sites are first come, first served, with gravel access and nothing to book.
Plan this one as a stock-up-first trip: Punchaw is about 30 km away and the nearest fuel, at Bednesti Lake Resort, about 34 km. Tucker Lake is about 11 km off.
