SourceA dock on a small pothole lake is the whole appeal at Engstrom's Pond, near Invermere. It is secluded, and set up for fishing more than anything else.
One campsite, first come, first served. The access road is short but rough and turns impassable when wet, and there is a second way in off the Findlay Road at km 17. Neither route takes a trailer, so plan on a 4x4 and something you can reverse.
Canal Flats is about 17 km away and covers both gas and groceries at the Gas Plus. Blue Lake is about 4 km off and Findlay Falls about 12 km.
