SourceA tight 4-unit site on a small lake near Clearwater, Skyline Lake has a boat launch and little else built up around it.
The road is the catch. It leaves a mainline logging road and is very rough, so bring high clearance and nothing you mind scraping. Camping is first come, first served, and the site is user-maintained, which means you leave it as you found it.
Vavenby is about 10 km away and its general store has the fuel, so errands are a single short run. Running Bear Lake is about 4 km off.
