About this site

Source

Goose Lake Recreation Site is a small, open camp on the north shore of the lake, an easy turn off the Fishing Highway, Highway 24. Rainbow trout are what most people drive up for.

There are 6 sites at $15 a night, first come, first served, with gravel access. Get a fishing licence ahead of time and check the current regulations and stocking reports.

Little Fort is about 14 km away with a Husky at about the same distance, so food and fuel come from one stop. The water is about 0.4 km from the sites, and Clearwater's mountain biking is about 28 km off.
