SourceJamieson Creek Road runs right past the camp at Whitewood Lake, in the Barriere area, and the water sits about 0.3 km from the sites. It is a fishing spot first, with a boat launch and steady traffic from anglers.
Four sites, first come, first served, reached on gravel. Bring a fishing licence and read the current regulations before you cast.
Whispering Pines 4 is the closest community at about 14 km, and the nearest fuel, an Esso, is roughly 17 km out. Fill up on the way through.
