SourceRocky Point Lake near Parson is a lakefront campsite with a steep car-top boat launch, and the road is the deciding factor: overgrown with vegetation, very rough, narrow and without turn arounds. Four-wheel drive with high clearance is the minimum, with ATV or UTV access recommended, and trailers do not belong here.
There is one campsite, first come, first served, and upkeep is on the users. The lake is about 0.6 km from camp, with fishing the main activity.
Fuel at the Gas Plus is about 11 km away, closer than the nearest town: Nicholson is roughly 27 km. Load up on food before you leave pavement.
