SourceDownriver from the Goat River Canyon, this semi-open site has room for a group or for one vehicle keeping to itself. People come to fish for cutthroat and brook trout, pick berries, and walk the short trail out to look at the canyon.
The record lists 6 sites, first come, first served, on gravel. It is a large site, which is why group camping works here.
Kitchener is about 9 km away, and the nearest fuel on record, at Canco Gas & Propane, is about 18 km, so plan the tank around that rather than the town distance. Yeko Lake is about 15 km from camp.
