About this site
SourceHoodoo Lake keeps its camping in an open area right at the water in the Beaverdell area, so boats, paddling and fishing all start at the shoreline. The lake sits high, which pushes the fishing season later; the best of it comes just after ice off.
Sites are first come, first served, with a boat launch and gravel access.
Beaverdell is about 11.6 km away and fuel about 11.7 km, so pick up what you need in town on the way past. Upper Collier Lake is about 16.3 km off if you feel like trying a second lake.
