About this site
SourceWapiti Lake keeps motors off the water, which is the reason to pick it: quiet paddling and fishing about 0.3 km from camp. It is a known ice fishing spot as well.
The site is partly treed, with 4 first come, first served sites, gravel access and a launch for anything you can put in without a motor.
Jaffray is about 5 km away and the Pump and Pantry there covers fuel and last minute supplies, so this one is easy to provision. The Fernie Alpine Bike Park is about 21 km off.
