SourceLarch and lodgepole pine shade most of 7 Mile Lake, a two-site rec site in a valley bottom near Cranbrook, with a grassy opening in the middle. The lake next door is small, shallow and weedy.
Both sites are first come, first served, on gravel access, and there is fishing on the lake.
Moyie is the nearest town at about 25 km and the Race Trac there is the closest fuel, so come provisioned for the whole stay.
