About this site
SourceCamping at Cleland Lake is dispersed into separate forested pockets rather than a loop, which is why the sites feel private and a little remote even with town close by. Each one looks out on the lake and the mountains behind it.
Sites are first come, first served, on gravel access, with a boat launch and fishing on the lake it is named for. Turnaround room for trailers is limited, so a smaller rig has the easier time of it. There is little through traffic.
Brisco and the Race Trac are both about 8 km away, so supplies and fuel are a quick errand rather than a day's project.
