About this site

Source

Most people pulling into Borrow Pit 8 are breaking up a drive on the Alaska Highway or going fishing. It handles both, and not much else.

There is a single user-maintained site, first come, first served, on gravel. No facilities are listed, so arrive set up to look after yourself.

Muskwa is about 27 km away and the Husky there is the nearest fuel, so gas up when you pass it. Andy Bailey Lake is about 12 km off.
