About this site
SourceFishing is the whole proposition at Little McGillivray, a user-maintained recreation site near Sun Peaks. The water is swampy and you need a boat to fish it properly, and the insects can be serious, so come ready for both.
There are 3 sites, first come, first served, off a gravel road. Upkeep is done by the people who use the place, so pack out everything you bring in.
Sun Peaks village is about 4 km away and its bike park, with 44 trails, is about the same. Fuel is farther out, roughly 12 km, at a Petro-Canada. Dennis Lake is about 5 km if you want a second piece of water.
