About this site
SourceRemote is the point at Silver Lake, a very small site in mixed spruce and pine in the Merritt area, used mostly by anglers and hunters. The lake is right at camp.
The 2 sites are first come, first served, and users keep it up. Brush along the main road closes in as you get near, so small older vehicles or a quad handle it best, and the access is rated four-wheel drive.
Canyon Alpine is about 21 km away and a Fas Gas about 22 km. Nothing is closer, so carry what you need for the stay.
