About this site
SourceAbbott Lake asks for a capable vehicle. The road in is rough enough that trailers are a bad idea, and the spots suit truck campers and tents. The lake is about 0.2 km away on the northeast side, semi-open ground with fishing and boating the reason to make the trip.
All 3 sites are first come, first served, and access is 4x4 only, so plan the approach rather than the arrival time.
Dot is about 9 km away and fuel at Johnny's On The Rez about 20 km, so sort supplies out before the rough part of the drive.
