SourceGypsum Lake West is a working sort of spot: anglers, hunters and campers use it, the pitches are on the small side, and a rough launch gets a boat onto water that sits about 0.4 km away.
The 3 sites are first come, first served on gravel access, and they suit tents, truck campers and smaller trailers rather than anything long. A trailhead leaves from the site if you would rather walk than fish.
Logan Lake is about 17 km away, with fuel at the Copper Valley grocery and gas about 16 km, so one stop covers food and the tank.
