About this site
SourceGranite Creek sits on the Tulameen River right beside Coalmont, about 1.3 km out, which is unusual for a rec site: you can walk to town. Paddling, swimming and the river carry the place, and the Kettle Valley Railway grade nearby gives you a flat route to hike or ride.
There are 21 sites at $15 a night, first come, first served, on gravel. Payment is cash only, so bring bills.
The Trading Post about 7.5 km away is the nearest fuel. Otter Lake is about 10 km off, the China Ridge Longhouse about 7.5 km, and the Whipsaw trailhead about 13 km.
