SourceLodwick Lake North sits at the top end of the lake in the Merritt area, with a mix of sunny and shaded spots so you can pick your ground. Fishing is the main draw and hunters use it as well.
There are 5 sites, first come, first served, on gravel access, with a boat launch. Most spots take a moderately sized trailer, a fifth wheel or a small Class C motorhome, so you are not limited to a tent here.
The nearest town is Brookmere at about 14 km, with fuel at the Trading Post about 24 km out, so this is a place to arrive already topped up. Stony Lake is about 1 km off.
