SourceMoira Lake South is a quiet, semi-open site of medium size in the Clearwater area, with a gravel boat launch onto the lake and fishing to go with it.
Five sites, first come, first served, with gravel access and basic facilities on site. It is a straightforward place to base a few days.
Clearwater handles both supplies and fuel at about 19 km. Grizzly Lakes are about 6 km away, the Battle Mountain trailhead about 20 km, and Clearwater's mountain bike trails about 20 km as well.
