About this site

Source

The camp at Mcgregor River sits on the bank just before the bridge crossing, in the Upper Fraser and Sinclair Mills area. Later in the summer, stretches of the sandy river bottom come out of the water and open up the shoreline.

Four natural pads make up the site, first come, first served, on gravel. Tables, fire rings and a pit toilet are the facilities, and it is user-maintained, so leave it as you found it. Fishing and a spot to put a small boat in round it out.

This one is remote. Longworth is about 28 km away and the nearest fuel is roughly 77 km out at a general store, so plan your last fuel stop well in advance. Hedrick Lake is about 19 km from camp.
