About this site
SourceAn old mill site on the edge of Wansa Lake, in the Prince George area, now holds a handful of camping spots in semi-open ground. The clearings are spread out enough to give you some privacy, and there is more than one place to slide a car-top boat in.
There are 5 sites, first come, first served, off a gravel road. Picnic tables, fire rings and a pit toilet cover the basics, and fishing is the reason to stay put. The water is about 0.4 km from camp.
Giscome is roughly 38 km away and the nearest fuel, a Husky, about 39 km, so do the shopping and the fuelling before you start.
