SourceTwo small camping areas sit along the Pitoney Lake shoreline near Prince George, about 1 km apart, with room for 4 parties between them. Each has an unimproved car-top boat launch, so a canoe or a cartopper is the right boat to bring.
Camping is first come, first served on gravel access, with the basic amenities at each area. Fishing is what most people are here for.
Supplies are a long haul: Woodpecker is about 41 km out and the nearest fuel, a Tempo, about 43 km. Arrive with a full tank and all the food you plan to eat.
