SourceChubb Lake is easy to get to and gets used year round, for swimming, fishing and ice fishing. The water sits about 0.6 km from camp, among big Douglas fir.
The layout is split: 3 sites right off the access road and another 6 inside the main part of the site, 9 in all, first come, first served on gravel.
Strathnaver is about 8 km away and the nearest gas about 15 km, so fuel up on the drive in rather than after you arrive.
