SourceSix sites sit on the shore of Pentz Lake in the Hazelton area, with the water just below the tents and swimming right there.
One thing to know before you hitch up a boat: the lake dropped a long way in 2022 and has not come back. The launch is flat and the mud is deep, so trailered boats are a poor bet here. A canoe or a car topper is the safer plan.
Camping is first come, first served with gravel access. Kispiox is about 21 km away and a Petro-Canada is about 21 km too, so groceries and gas are the one trip.
