SourceBoulder Mountain Resort keeps Revelstoke within easy reach, about 4.6 km away, while still parking you outside it. Fuel at the Big Eddy Market is about 2.7 km off, so this is a short-errand basecamp.
It is a paid campground with paved access, room for RVs and wifi on site, which is the difference between a working week away and a proper disconnect.
Riding is the obvious draw: Revelstoke's 204 trails start about 4.3 km from here. Big Eddy is about 2.1 km, Beaver Lake about 3.1 km, the Five Mile boat launch about 11.1 km, and Shaketown about 11.8 km.
