About this site

This is the False Echo site on Upper Campbell Lake, in the Campbell River area. There are fire pits, fishing and hiking from camp, which is a decent spread for a marine campground.

Supplies take planning. MacAulay Heights is about 29.7 km away and the nearest Shell about 30.3 km, so come provisioned and with the tank already full.

Darkis Lake is about 2.6 km off, and the Lady Falls Trailhead about 11.2 km when you want a walk with a destination at the end.
