About this site
SourceCultus Lake Provincial Park wraps around a large, warm freshwater lake below forested mountains, about an hour and a half from Vancouver near Chilliwack. The warm water is the draw: this is one of the Lower Mainland's favourite swimming and boating lakes.
The park runs four campgrounds with about 298 vehicle sites, a mix of reservable and first come, first served, on paved roads. Fishing, water skiing, windsurfing and hiking fill the days, and the Teapot Hill trailhead starts 600 m from camp.
The community of Cultus Lake is 2.5 km away with waterslides, golf, a marina, and canoe, boat and jet ski rentals. Gas is about 3 km out, so errands stay short.
