About this site

Source

Sasquatch Provincial Park hides a series of pocket lakes in second-growth and birch forest north of Harrison Hot Springs. Hicks Lake and Deer Lake take motorboats and canoes, while Trout Lake, about a kilometre from camp, is kept for quiet fishing.

The park lists 178 vehicle sites, some reservable and some first come, first served, on paved roads. Pit toilets, potable water and fire pits are standard, and swimming, hiking, biking and a boat launch round it out. It is an easy park to fill a weekend in without driving anywhere.

Harrison Hot Springs is about 7 km away for supplies, gas and the hot springs themselves, which makes a soak on the way home very easy to justify.
