About this site
SourceTwo camping units sit at the trailhead for the Little Douglas Lake trail, up in the hills near Merritt. Berry picking is the other thing people come for.
The road in wants a 4x4, and the site takes a truck camper, a small trailer or tents. Both units are first come, first served. Snow usually holds the access until well into June, so treat this as a later summer trip.
Spuzzum is about 23 km away and the nearest fuel, a Canco, about 26 km, so fill up before you leave pavement. Coquihalla Lakes are about 5 km off, and the 10 K Snowmobile Parking Lot about 11 km.
