About this site
SourceHotnarko Lake is a fishing camp on the southeast shore of the lake in the Anahim Lake area, and getting there is half the story. Access is on foot, by bike, in a four-wheel drive, or by float plane, so this is not a site you roll up to with a trailer.
Four sites, first come, first served, with a launch for small boats.
The Precipice Rimrock trail runs nearby, with views over a canyon lined in basalt cliffs. Anahim Lake is the closest town at about 18 km. Come provisioned; this is not a place to run out of anything.
