SourceFishing is the draw at Flora Lake, a small lake in the Port Alberni area, though you can swim here too and there is a boat launch for a canoe or car-top boat.
Five campsites, first come, first served, on gravel access. It is a modest setup, so bring what you need for a few days.
Malachan is about 7 km away and Nitinaht Lake Gas Station is about the same, so supplies and fuel are both close. Nitinat Lake sits about 7 km off, and Hitchie Lake about 9 km.
