About this site
SourceBeautiful Lake sits at about 1098 metres on the edge of the Nicola Valley, out past Westwold, with the lake a short walk from the sites. Hunters use it in the fall, and it is fished too.
Two sites, first come, first served, and the road in needs a 4x4. The site is user-maintained, so treat it as yours to look after.
Douglas Lake is about 20 km away, and the nearest fuel is roughly 31 km out at a Super Save, and that gap is the one to plan around. Salmon, Lavigure, Sucker and Chapperon lakes are all in the same neighbourhood if you feel like moving around.
