SourceRight on the Canada and U.S.A. border in the Flathead Valley, Frozen Lake is a small, secluded site in the Fernie area. It suits car-top boats and canoes rather than anything needing a ramp, and fishing is what there is to do.
Five sites, first come, first served, on gravel access. There is very little around it, so plan to be self-sufficient.
Grasmere, about 34 km off, is the closest town, and the nearest fuel is about 46 km away, so arrive with a full tank and enough food for the whole trip. Beryl Lake is about 17 km out.
