SourceHorse riders know this one. Tyaughton Creek is a small camp near Gold Bridge where riding, fishing and hunting are the main reasons people turn up, and the scenery does the rest.
Four sites, first come, first served, with gravel access. It is a plain site, and that is rather the point.
Gold Bridge and its Esso station are both about 23 km away, so topping up before the turn off is the sensible move. Mud Lakes sit about 10 km off, and Tyax Adventures and its 52 trails are about 23 km away if you would rather ride a bike than a horse.
