About this site
SourcePlacer Lake sits small and high in the Princeton area, a sub-alpine pocket with fishing off the shore and hiking from camp. Tenters get the best of it.
The 2 sites are first come, first served, and the site is user maintained. Most vehicles can get to within about 1.5 km of camp; past that the road turns rough and wants a capable 4x4. The lake is right below the site.
Canco fuel sits about 10 km back down the road, and Manning Park is about 22 km away, so sort supplies out before the last stretch.
