About this site
SourceMoresby Camp sits at the head of Cumshewa Inlet in the Sandspit area, and most people here are on their way somewhere else: it is the launching point for boaters and kayakers heading into Gwaii Haanas National Park Reserve.
Six sites, first come, first served, on gravel, with a concrete boat launch, a dock, a shelter, a day use area and room to park. That mix makes it as useful for the night before a crossing as for a stay of its own.
The nearest fuel, Esso Fast Fuels, is about 22 km back, so top up before you drive out and bring your supplies with you.
