About this site
SourceHale Creek is a small, partly forested recreation site with a large beach on the shore of Harrison Lake, in the West Harrison area. The beach is the reason to come: swimming straight off the sand, with the lake filling the view.
There are 5 sites, first come, first served, and the road in is 4x4 only, so this is a spot for capable vehicles and people who like their camping quiet. It is user-maintained, which means you pack out everything you bring.
Sts'a'í:les / Sts'ailes and a Fas Gas station are both about 20 km away, and Harrison Hot Springs is about the same distance for a soak on the way home. Sunrise Lake sits about 2 km off.
