About this site
SourceWeaver Lake charges for day use as well as camping: $10 in cash per vehicle for a visit of up to 4 hours, though paid overnight campers are exempt. Camping is $25 a night across 38 sites, and the gate closes once the day use area is full.
Sites are first come, first served, and the access road wants four wheel drive. A boat launch, hiking and the lake itself are the reasons to put up with it.
Sts'a'í:les / Sts'ailes is 6.4 km away with fuel at the Fas Gas 6.6 km out, and Harrison Hot Springs is 6.9 km, close enough for a soak on a rest day. Francis Lake is 1.3 km off and the Harrison Recreation Site is 10.2 km.
